Why do you have database size limitation in Hand2Note Learner plan?
We designed the Hand2Note Learner plan for beginners. Players who use large databases are considered professionals, and we expect them to use the Pro plan.
Why doesn't my promo code work?
Most likely, you're trying to use a promo code on an account that has already made a subscription purchase. Promo codes can only be used on the first purchase.
Is the trial version fully functional?
