How to start using a business account
Anyone can open a business account—no need to contact our support team. Plus, you can boost your discount right after registration!
1. Go to My Account and click the Open Business Account button
2. Complete a short registration form to gain access to the Products tab of your business account.
3. Click the Top-up Balance button and refill your balance, for example, using USDT.
4. Once you've refilled your balance, click Buy Subscription. Enter the target user's email and select Hand2Note Balance to purchase a subscription with your balance.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use a business account without topping up the balance?
Yes, you can! You can purchase a subscription in the business account using other payment methods like a credit card, PayPal, Skrill, etc. However, you’ll pay the full price, and the discounted amount will be credited to your Referral Commission Balance.
Can I withdraw the Hand2Note Balance?
You cannot withdraw the Hand2Note Balance directly. However, we can process withdrawals manually on a case-by-case basis. If you need to withdraw your balance, please contact our support team.
How can I freeze a subscription?
If, for example, a student is no longer a member of your school, you can use the Refund Remaining Time option for their subscription. This will provide a partial refund, which will be credited to your Hand2Note Balance. Give it a try!
I am trying to buy a subscription using PayPal, Card, or Skrill, but the price is not discounted. Why?
When you purchase a subscription using PayPal, Card, or Skrill, the full price is charged. The discount amount is not applied directly but is credited to your Referral Commission Balance. To apply discounts upfront, use your Hand2Note Balance for purchases.
Can I use my referral commission balance to buy a subscription?
Yes, you can! Simply transfer your referral commission balance to your Hand2Note Balance, and then use it to purchase a subscription.
In Hand2Note 3, I had a higher discount (up to 35%). Can I get the same discount for Hand2Note 4?
In Hand2Note 4, we reduced all discounts and referral commissions by 5% compared to the affiliate system in Hand2Note 3.

When you purchase a subscription for a user, we consider you their referrer. For example, if you buy a 1-month subscription for someone through your business account, and they later extend it themselves on our site, you’ll earn a commission from their purchase for up to one year.
